Supervision Of The Implementation Of Cloud Technology In Administrative Management Of Islamic Boarding School

This research explores the implementation of cloud technology in administrative management at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid, Jalaluddin Ar-Rumi Region. The use of cloud technology in educational and administrative contexts is crucial for enhancing operational efficiency and service quality. However, Islamic boarding schools often face challenges related to technology infrastructure, data security, and complex system integration. The research methodology employed a qualitative approach with a case study framework. Participants included administrators, treasurers, and managers involved in administrative processes. Data was collected through in-depth interviews, direct observation, and analysis of policy documents and technical evaluations. The findings indicate that the implementation of cloud technology at Pondok Pesantren Nurul Jadid has successfully improved efficiency in data management, accelerated access to information, and enhanced interdepartmental collaboration. Nevertheless, challenges include the need for adequate technology infrastructure and ensured data security. Discussions encompass implications of the findings for policy development and strategic recommendations for educational institutions seeking to adopt cloud technology to enhance administrative quality and efficiency.
