Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of a quality assurance system in Islamic education to enhance stakeholder satisfaction and the quality of academic services based on ISO 21001:2018. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data are collected through interviews, observations, and documentation to examine quality assurance practices, academic service management, and stakeholder perceptions. The study focuses on the implementation of quality management principles, including stakeholder orientation, leadership commitment, continuous improvement, and the evaluation of educational services in accordance with the ISO 21001:2018 framework. The findings are expected to provide insights into how a structured quality assurance system can improve the transparency, responsiveness, and effectiveness of academic services while strengthening student and stakeholder satisfaction. Furthermore, the study highlights the importance of systematic evaluation, stakeholder participation, and continuous improvement in establishing a sustainable quality assurance culture within Islamic educational institutions. This research contributes to the development of quality management practices in Islamic education by examining the relevance of ISO 21001:2018 as a framework for improving academic service quality and stakeholder satisfaction.
